Comarch's ERP AI Agents Pass 3 Million Calls as Firm Pushes Voice Invoicing

Comarch says AI agents in its ERP systems have logged more than 3 million calls, and the company is targeting accounting firms short on staff. With ElevenLabs it is building a voice interface and showed how to issue an invoice by voice in Betterfly.
Comarch says AI agents in its ERP products have already logged more than 3 million calls. The company wants agents working inside a familiar system to take over routine work at accounting firms, because the industry is short of staff.
What Comarch showed
The details come from a press briefing held on 28 October 2026, reported by ITwiz. According to Comarch, the agents entered the commercial offering in September after a pilot at more than 100 companies, and within less than two months of launch the number of calls passed three million.
ITReseller points out an important caveat: three million runs do not mean three million users or three million business processes completed autonomously. The company also did not disclose how many customers actually use the agent features.
Routine work for accountants
The agents are meant to operate within the user's permissions, and each of their steps is logged. The user sets the scope of automation and approves operations. Use cases include verifying e-invoices from KSeF (Poland's National e-Invoicing System) with fraud-risk flagging, and a settlements and debt-collection agent that reminds contractors of due dates.
The accounting firm Hive Tax tested categorizing a hundred documents. The scenario had the agent hand finished work to a human for approval. It was described by Anita Gołębiewska, the firm's president, and cited by Comarch's Edyta Kosowska. An internal debt-collection agent launched in May raised the share of Comarch's sales invoices paid on time by 10 percent, according to the company.

Invoicing by voice
Together with ElevenLabs, Comarch is developing a voice interface. In Comarch Betterfly, which ITwiz says is used by more than 60,000 companies, the company showed how an employee can issue an invoice by voice right after visiting a client. The agent asks for details, confirms, saves the document and shows a preview.
A scenario was also shown in which the system automatically phones a contractor about an overdue payment. ElevenLabs also powers voice summaries in Comarch's business analytics.
Market backdrop
Comarch's argument is a labor shortage. ITwiz cites an estimate from the Polish Economic Institute that, if current demographic trends continue, 2.1 million workers will leave the labor market by 2035, and the Barometr zawodów 2026 (the 2026 Occupations Barometer), which shows a shortage of accountants in 168 counties. According to Eurostat, 8.4 percent of Polish companies used AI in 2025, against an EU average of 20 percent.
Comarch representatives say accounting firms and freight forwarders may turn down new orders for lack of staff. The company says more than 110,000 companies use Comarch ERP, while ITReseller reports more than 100,000. Most of the pilot figures come from Comarch and its partners, without independent verification.
The next stage is meant to be agents cooperating across entire processes, still under human supervision.
